1. Chocolate
Chocolate contains theobromine and caffeine, both of which are toxic to dogs and many other animals. Dark chocolate and baking chocolate contain the highest concentrations.
Possible symptoms include:

2. Grapes and Raisins
Even small amounts of grapes or raisins can cause sudden kidney failure in some dogs. Researchers still don't know exactly why, making them especially unpredictable.

10. Avocado
Avocados contain persin, which can be harmful to some animals. While dogs are generally less sensitive than birds or livestock, the pit also poses a serious choking hazard.
